Dear WW: A friend wants to dump most of his life savings into a “business opportunity” that I fear is a scam. I’ve encouraged him to look up the franchise with the Better Business Bureau. What else should I encourage him to do? THEY’RE TAKING HIM TO THE CLEANERS
